On behalf of the 2nd Annual Puerto Rican Parade Salsa Festival, we want to thank you for your sponsorship and participation. With only one week left, I want to bring to your attention on what you should expect and be prepared for.

1. Please note that we are adhering to all CDC Federal and State Guidelines as it relates to COVID-19 hence we decided to make this an outdoor event. We are trusting the general public to also follow those guidelines to the extent that you as a sponsor and vendor wish to wear a mask, that is totally up to you.

2. Puerto Rican Parade:
–if you are participating in the Puerto Rican Parade, please go to the following link, https://pegatealamega.com/pages/megas-reading-puerto-rican-day-parade and make sure to register. Expect to arrive at the location by 10 am, the parade starts at 12 noon sharp.

3. Salsa Festival:
— the salsa festival will start at 1 pm, location will be at City Park Bandshell. You will have access to the park for set up purposes as early as 6 am. Your designated location will be assigned to you by Friday of this coming week. We will have volunteers at the location helping you find your site. Your site must be set up no later than 11 am for traffic will not be allowed after 11 am at the park.

4. Parking:
— you will have an assigned parking space down by the basketball court. Volunteers will be at the site to help get you to the parking space.

5. Space
— you are responsible to provide a tent (10×10), a table and 2 chairs.

As a sponsor, the expectation is for you to have fun, fun, fun throughout the day. We have lots of entertainment lined up and many cultural fool options to pick from.
