I-LEAD Inc.,La Mega & Berks County Latino Chamber are coming together for its’ 2nd Annual Puerto Rican Parade & Greater Reading Salsa Festival. We would like to invite you to be part of our cultural event on September 26, 2021, in the City of Reading at City Park to kick off National Hispanic Heritage Month. On this day we will initiate celebrations with the 2nd Annual Puerto Rican Parade which will take place at 2nd and Penn St. ending at City Park where the festival will begin.

What do our volunteers do?
As a volunteer, you’ll have priority access to participate and help organize the City of Reading’s largest cultural event. In our second annual parade helping set up and clean up our beautiful Penn Street.
